Assemblyman Mike Davis, D-Los Angeles, tries to persuade Assemblywoman Allyson Huber, D-Lodi, to vote for his bill that would place a measure on the ballot asking voters if they want to revise California's Three Strikes law, during the Assembly session at the Capitol in Sacramento, Calif., Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012. Davis was able to convince Huber and several others to vote for the bill AB327, which passed by a 41-33 vote.
