A Citrus Heights man arrested after allegedly firing an AK-47 assault rifle in the backyard of a Sacramento home was being held today in lieu of $105,000 bail for investigation of numerous felony violations. Kelly Miller, 49, was leaving in his vehicle from the home in the 2200 block of Bell Avenue in Sacramento when police arrived shortly after 3:30 p.m. Friday, authorities said. Police stopped the car, detained the suspect and found the AK-47 with him.
