Sacramento High Charter School has come a long way since the days when it was Sacramento High School. The school, part of St. Hopes Schools, has improved its students academic scores. It is a good example of taking an underperforming school and replacing it with a charter school successfully. This is exactly what President Obama is asking state's to do as part of Race to the Top.
