Those in the market for a home may be eligible to purchase a recently renovated house for as low as $55,000. As part of the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Elk Grove teamed up with two developer partners to beautify foreclosed homes. Now in excellent condition, the two-and-three bedroom homes range from $55,000 to $160,000, with monthly payments as low as $550 for low-income households.
