"Frog," (aka, David Miller) is a regular at Eugene's Saturday Market, a gathering place for self-professed "hippies." In the 1990s, Frog won a free-speech case in Oregon's supreme court for his right to sell his jioke books on the street. Since then, he has become an icon in the eclectic town.
